1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this Placement Cell Fee Payment Portal, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this portal.

2. Fee Payment

The Placement Cell fee is mandatory for all eligible students. The fee amount, academic year, and due dates are specified in the proforma generated for each student. Payment must be made through the designated payment gateway (Razorpay).

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway. The institution is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processing. Successful payments will generate a receipt that students should retain for their records.

4. Refund Policy

Placement Cell fees are generally non-refundable once paid. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be submitted to the Placement Cell office for review. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-30 working days.

5. Student Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate personal and contact information
  • Complete payment by the specified due date
  • Retain payment receipts for future reference
  • Report any payment discrepancies immediately

6. Services Provided

The Placement Cell fee covers various placement-related services including but not limited to: campus recruitment drives, pre-placement training, industry interaction sessions, and career counseling.

7. Limitation of Liability

The institution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this portal or payment processing issues beyond our control.
